Ordering

How long will it take to get my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-6 business days. Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

Please note that for all Wyatt Seating products there will be an extended 7 days production time.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! That's why we offer a 2 hour window to cancel your order.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Do you ship overseas?

We regret to inform you that at this time we are not offering international shipping services. Due to a variety of reasons , we have had to make the difficult decision to limit our services to domestic shipping only.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For more info you can visit our return policy.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
